Re-paint Prevention
Our main focus is cracks and damp proofing in the form of blisters and bubbles as this is the primary reason people re-paint every 3 to 5 years! Blisters and bubbles are caused when water traveling through the wall dissolves lime, the main component holding this plaster sand together. When this water evaporates it deposits this lime in the form of white powder. As nothing can stick to loose sand and the exterior paint film now has a higher surface tension thus deforming outward into Blisters and Bubbles.
Flawless Paint Finish
I start the house painting process with high pressure 150 bar water wash (your car tires are around 2 Bar). This uses low volume of water to remove anything loose, then plastering the exterior house walls to a flawless invisible finish.
Crack Repair Paint
Cracks fall into two main categories stationery cracks and moving cracks. I have developed my own crack repair material for dealing with this, and don’t sell to any one, strictly for my use. The general market don’t want you getting hold of these types of products, as this keeps you painting house walls every 3 to 5 years!

This is due to the latex paint being more water resistant than porous paint like a PVA and HDA (high density acrylic). When water running down the house wall surface, has a different PH to the paint pigment then the alkaline attack will result in a lighter color causing streak mark.
How to choose paint for house painting? The most important is the flexibility, so the wall paint can’t crack and change color so easily, because the latex used to produce this flexibility won’t fade into streaks marks where the water runs vertically down the painted house walls.
To choose paint for house painting, pour your paint sample out on the lid of a paint drum and work it like a pancake until 1mm thick, then leave it to dry in the sun for a few days. After you peel it off try bend it 180 degrees, if you can bend it continuously without cracking then you have something worthwhile. - No these organizations provide a false advertising as any one can register.
- They offer no training.
- They offer clients no recourse.
- I would rather forward the cost saving on to you and not hide behind logos.
How do you handle security?
- Your security is our concern, ie. Making sure the entrance gate is closed before leaving.
- Other ideas remain our intellectual property so as not to educate.
Are your staff registered?
- Each staff member has a company file with ID / work permit / finger prints as per complex regulation.

- Each site is allocated a protective plastic sheet 30m x 3m

Do you work every day?
- Continuous work 7h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday until completed.
- Working hours are strictly 07h00 until 17h00, Monday to Friday and Saturday by arrangement 07h00 until 12h00.
- All quotes are generated on the job being done NON-STOP from start to finish.
Who is in charge of supervision?

How do we know when the paint is dry?
Well if you put your nose against the surface of the paint smell you will notice solvent when solvent is finished flashing off that's when the paint is dry typically normal acrylic paint take seven days to cure totally meaning that if you get a stain within the first seven days it will probably cure into the service four example bird droppings
